Welcome to the Arden Cancer Network
The Arden Cancer Network was established in April 2002 and is currently one of twenty eight networks in England. The Arden Cancer Network covers a population of approximately one million; this population constitutes NHS Coventry which has a population of 306,700 which is served by University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust in which the Arden Cancer Reseach Network is situated. NHS Warwickshire which includes Rugby, North Warwickshire and South Warwickshire which collectively has a population of 526,700 and is served by George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust and South Warwick Hospital NHS Trust. The Arden Cancer Network covers Redditch and Bromsgrove population of 171,900 which sits within NHS Worcestershire and is served by Alexandra Hospital which is part of Worcester Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. Solihull is part of the Arden Cancer Network for non surgical breast cancer services at Solihull Hospital which is part of Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust but for most other cancer services this population is treated within Pan Birmingham Cancer Network.
